Furthermore, the client worked with stores only through dealers. What was happening? 11 dumping stores: 22% of the total. The PriceCop system discovered another 92 stores the client knew nothing about. A total of 141 stores were offering the brand’s products. What we did We began with automatic identification of stores that carry the company’s brands. Then we launched price monitoring and recorded the fact of dumping in screenshots. This allowed us to identify which dealers were collaborating with violators. After that, we took action against violators: stopped shipments, removed individual discounts, and reviewed the agreement. Results Here’s what was achieved after working with the PriceCop system: The number of dumping stores decreased to 3. The total number of stores carrying the brand increased by 67%, reaching 236. This was achieved over 9 months due to the reduction of dumping. As a result, the brand’s market presence grew by 67%, and the number of items actively being sold increased by 254%, from 1,210 to 4,292.
